Influencia de la capacidad de integración de los stakeholders en la estrategia medioambiental en el sector de las estaciones de esquí

Resumen

Este trabajo presenta el estudio de la influencia de la capacidad de integración de los stakeholders para generar estrategias medioambientales proactivas. Para ello nos hemos centrado en el sector servicios, que ha recibido poca atención en la investigación sobre medioambiente y empresa, con una muestra de 134 estaciones de esquí. Nuestros resultados muestran como la capacidad de integración de los stakeholders es determinante en el desarrollo de enfoques medioambientales proactivos.
