El nivel de integración vertical, ¿causa o consecuencia de la calidad empresarial?

Resumen

De la literatura organizacional se pueden extraer dos argumentos diferentes respecto a la relación entre nivel de integración vertical y calidad empresarial. El primero, destaca la especialización para alcanzar diferenciación y calidad en el dinámico entorno actual. El segundo, resalta la coordinación y fácil comunicación de las formas más integradas como atributos favorecedores de resultados superiores. En este trabajo, a partir de una fundamentación teórica y un análisis estadístico en el sector de la construcción gallego, se contrastan tanto las ventajas de la especialización para la obtención de una certificación ISO, como las de la certificación parala posterior integración.
